4A. Cosmetic Products

ZUVIE products are cosmetic products only.

Our products are intended to improve the appearance and feel of the skin and are not medicines or medical devices.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual experiences with cosmetic products may vary.

Always follow the directions for use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4B. Product Availability & Quality Control

Every ZUVIE product is manufactured to our quality standards before release.

As our products are manufactured in production batches, we reserve the right to delay, reject or cancel a production run if our internal quality control standards are not met.

If we determine that a batch does not meet our standards, affected orders will not be dispatched.

Customers will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund.

We would rather delay or cancel a product than knowingly ship something that does not meet our quality expectations.


5. Pre-Orders

Some or all ZUVIE products may be offered as pre-orders.

Estimated dispatch is currently:

4–6 weeks

This is an estimate only.

If production or quality control requires additional time, we will notify customers as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may cancel any pre-order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund.

If ZUVIE decides not to proceed with a production run, all affected orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.


6. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping conditions and dispatch estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Import VAT and customs charges are handled by our fulfilment partners.

Customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.


7. Returns & Refunds

Our refund process is described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under:

  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

In addition to your statutory rights, ZUVIE voluntarily offers its 60-Day Keep-It Guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.


8. The 90-Day Pact

Customers may choose to subscribe to The 90-Day Pact.

The subscription consists of:

  • three monthly deliveries
  • 25% savings compared to the standard price

The subscription:

  • may be cancelled at any time before the next shipment,
  • automatically terminates after the third delivery,
  • does not automatically renew.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • the ZUVIE name
  • logos
  • product photography
  • product descriptions
  • website copy
  • graphics
  • videos
  • trademarks

is owned by or licensed to ZUVIE.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.


10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • interfere with website functionality;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access;
  • scrape or copy website content;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • infringe the rights of others.

11. Reviews & User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs or other content to ZUVIE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our business.

Reviews must represent your genuine experience.

We never publish fabricated reviews.


12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Subject to those rights, ZUVIE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profits,
  • loss of business,
  • loss of opportunity,
  • loss of data.

Where permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
