Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping costs

Free UK delivery on every order.

There is no minimum order value and no additional delivery charge.

Import VAT and customs duties are handled by our fulfilment partners before delivery.

You will never be asked to pay customs charges on delivery.


Pre-orders

The ZUVIE PDRN Peptide Serum is currently available as a pre-order.

Your order reserves a place in the next production batch.

Estimated dispatch:

4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

This is an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed dispatch date.

If production is delayed, we will notify customers by email as soon as reasonably possible.


Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Delivery

After dispatch, most UK deliveries arrive within:

7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.

Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to:

  • courier delays
  • severe weather
  • public holidays
  • operational disruptions
  • seasonal demand

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


If your order has not arrived

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period after dispatch, please contact us:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the email address used for your order

We will investigate the shipment with our delivery partners.


Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • take photographs before opening the parcel
  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Incorrect delivery address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately:

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.


Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


If we cancel a production run

At ZUVIE, quality comes before speed.

If a production batch does not meet our internal quality standards, we may decide not to release it.

If this happens:

  • your order will be cancelled,
  • you will be notified by email,
  • you will receive a full refund.

We would rather delay or cancel a batch than knowingly ship a product that does not meet our standards.
