02Orders & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the store you are shopping in: Pound Sterling (£ GBP) in the United Kingdom, US Dollars ($ USD) in the United States. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods displayed on our website, including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order once we send an Order Confirmation email.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• payment cannot be authorised,
• fraud is suspected,
• incorrect pricing has been displayed,
• stock or production becomes unavailable,
• or quality standards cannot be met.

If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, you will be notified and refunded in full.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

As our products are manufactured in batches, minor packaging or presentation changes may occur. Product photography is intended to illustrate the product and brand only; packaging, colour and presentation may vary slightly between production batches.

ZUVIE products are cosmetic products only. Our products are intended to improve the appearance and feel of the skin and are not medicines or medical devices.

05Product Availability & Quality Control

Every ZUVIE product is manufactured to our quality standards before release.

As our products are manufactured in production batches, we reserve the right to delay, reject or cancel a production run if our internal quality control standards are not met. If we determine that a batch does not meet our standards, affected orders will not be dispatched. Customers will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund.

We would rather delay or cancel a product than knowingly ship something that does not meet our quality expectations.

06Delivery

Delivery times, shipping conditions and dispatch estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and the United States.

For United Kingdom deliveries, import VAT and customs charges are handled by our fulfilment partners, and customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery. For United States deliveries, any applicable duty or import charge is set out in our Shipping Policy and will be stated before you order.

07Returns & Refunds

Our refund process is described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you are a consumer in the United States, those two UK statutes do not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own state or under federal law.

In addition to your statutory rights, wherever you are, ZUVIE voluntarily offers its 60-Day Keep-It Guarantee, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

All content available on this website — including but not limited to the ZUVIE name, logos, product photography, product descriptions, website copy, graphics, videos and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to ZUVIE.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

09User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the website for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with website functionality;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• scrape or copy website content;
• introduce malicious software;
• infringe the rights of others.

10Reviews & User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs or other content to ZUVIE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our business.

Reviews must represent your genuine experience.

We never publish fabricated reviews.

11Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Subject to those rights, ZUVIE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

Where permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page together with the updated effective date.

Your continued use of our website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
