ZUVIE is a 35 ml serum for face and neck. Apply a few drops as needed, before your moisturizer. That's the product.
This page isn't about the product. It's about whether it exists yet, and the honest answer is no. You signed up for something that has no ship date, no reviews and nobody who has used it. The least I can do is show you the actual state of it instead of sending you a countdown.
Every number below is a real count, not a progress bar. If it says zero, it's zero.

Questions I've asked and haven't had answered, with the day I asked. No names — the people on the other end didn't sign up to be on a website.
- The final print files for the label and the carton. Asked the designer · August 18 · not here yet
- Whether the six peptides are raw material or pure compound. It changes what the number on the label means. Asked the factory · August 17 · answer came back unusable
- Whether the safety assessment can be done in eight weeks instead of twelve. Asked the assessor · August 17 · passed on to them, still no answer
When one of these gets answered it comes off this list, and the answer goes up here — including the answers I don't like. If a line sits here for weeks, that's the news.
The test that's running.
One 28-day test, started August 18.

I don't know when the written report lands. The 28 days are fixed. How long the lab takes afterward, nobody has told me, and I'm not going to invent a date so this page looks tidier. When I know, it goes here.
What this test does not tell you: it checks whether the formula stays free of contamination over 28 days. It says nothing at all about whether it does anything for your skin. If you ever see me use it as proof that it works, call me on it.
What would make me stop.
Every brand tells you why it launched. Nobody writes down what would make them not.
If the safety test comes back bad, I'm not going to quietly move the date and hope you forget. You'll get that email before it goes anywhere else, and I'll tell you what it cost me.
If the ingredient list I've already printed on the website turns out not to match what the factory actually mixed, I don't reprint the website. I say what was wrong, on the page where it was wrong.
And if it turns out I can't say anything true and useful about what this does — not the marketing version, the true one — then this stays a serum with the amounts printed on the box and nothing more, and I'd rather sell fewer bottles that way than more the other way.
That's the only promise on this page.
Why this page exists.
You're going to be waiting a while, and in that time you'd normally hear from a brand only when it wants something. So there's a line here every Friday, and some Fridays it's going to read nothing moved this week.
That's not me being modest. A page like this is only worth reading if the empty weeks show up on it too. If they don't, the full ones don't mean anything.
